FAQ
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy involves breathing oxygen in a pressurized chamber at levels higher than atmospheric pressure. This increases oxygen absorption in the body, which can support general wellness, recovery, and overall vitality.
Yes. HBOT has an excellent safety profile when administered by trained professionals. Our chambers are CE certified and operated by certified hyperbaric technologists under physician supervision.
As cabin pressure increases, you'll feel mild fullness in your ears — similar to taking off in an airplane. The most common techniques are swallowing, yawning, gently wiggling your jaw, or the Valsalva maneuver (pinch your nose, close your mouth, and gently blow until your ears 'pop'). Equalize early and often, every few seconds, before any discomfort builds.
If you feel pressure, pain, or can't equalize, signal the operator (or use the internal controls) and pause or slow the pressurization immediately. Try swallowing, yawning, or a gentle Valsalva. If discomfort doesn't clear, depressurize slowly and end the session — never push through ear pain.
For safety reasons, personal electronics are not allowed inside the chamber. We provide entertainment options such as TV and music systems in our deluxe models to make your session more enjoyable.
It depends on your condition and goals. Most patients begin with 10 sessions and see meaningful improvement. Chronic conditions may benefit from 20-40 sessions. Our team will create a personalized treatment plan based on your specific needs.
